Dracut Tire Shop

Do not get an inspection sticker there. They gave me a failed inspection sticker for a front end bushing. 3 weeks earlier I had it at a Cadillac dealership for an oil change and 14 point inspection in NH. Nothing wrong reported. Took it to the shop 3 weeks later and received failed inspection. Vehicle is under extended warranty, brought it back to a MA Cadillac dealer where I bought it. They found nothing wrong. I paid $35 for an inspection sticker.

Very disappointed with this place. I have been coming here for years for tires in my most recent experience I was told I needed $900 worth of work to replace to control arms and ball joints because they told me you need to replace them in pairs I went and got three other opinions, and all three places told me that my ball joints and control arms were perfectly fine and that if I didn’t need a control arm ball joint that they do not need to be replaced in pairs. I even went to get an inspection sticker and was told that I would not have passed inspection if I needed any of that done. I called them back to let them know what the other three places had told me. And they told me that the other three places were wrong. I definitely don’t trust this place anymore.

Avoid this place at all costs. Went there for an inspection, and they failed me the first time as my headlights were a little foggy. SO I corrected the issue. Came back the next day, and they wanted to fail me again as the front tires would not pass inspection, even though they had the regulation requirement of tread life. I replaced them as I was going away for a trip the next day, and they gave me two Faulken tires for a sub-compact car for $280. I found out that I could've a set of Japanese or American made tires for half the cost. Will never go back to this place.

Beware this place is a joke a bunch of back yard mechanics ruining peoples cars!brought my mercedes here got new tires. And when i left alignment was out of wack brought it back they replaced my tire rod ok have pics of before and after they snapped my jack point covers off my mercedes and was all clueless to who did it or were they went. still waiting on owner to call this mercedes was just painted also second time dealing with this type of stuff with this place they all dont care wacking peoples doors of the lifts and all man i seen this when my tires were being mounted they were opening the doors of cars and dinging the door on the lift sad this is peoples property!i invested alot in my vehicle for this no owner has contacted me at all i have the date and pics but the counter guys were being so arragant i didnt want to talk to noone but owner left my numb waited to nothing.first incident was when i was inline there was a guy inback of me the old guy mounting tires tried to have someone inback of me cutt me while i was there first so i said no man i was here he said ok told whoever his buddy was to wait but gave me a horrible attitude.then i bring it back and this happens.this place is ran by untrustworthy people who are semi back yard mechanics just ruining peoples property my other buddy actually had a rim and lug nutt problem were they snapped his lug nut if u value ur car please beware!owner should tighten up this place its not like it use to.back then it was awsome now il never even look there way!!!!thanx alot for ruining my car dracut tire!!!much appreciated i have to pay 185 for the part they snapped and another 200 ontop to have it paint corrected smh
